REFORMER EMPOWER

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED STUDENTS

REFORMER emPOWER~ STRENGTH TONE & PROGRESS is a 60 minute high intensity pilates fusion workout that incorporates pilates inspired moves and focuses on building core strength while also building long lean muscle mass.

This class is an intermediate/advanced level class designed to make you sweat, shake and work hard! 

This class utilizes the pilates reformer and can include strength training, balance training, resistance training, HIIT, jump board cardio and more! 

*Due to the advanced pace of the class, Reformer emPOWER classes are not appropriate for individuals with injuries or limitations unless the instructor gives explicit permission.
